Study Reiki to Become a Practitioner

There are 3 levels of Reiki as a practitioner. If you want to become a teacher after you complete the 3 levels, there is a 4th level.  Each level is very important as they build on each other.  You cannot learn Reiki from a book. You have to attend in-person classes.

In each level you receive what we call attunements.  Unlike when you have a Reiki session that can be done long-distance, Reiki class can only be done in person.  You cannot receive distance Attunements.

Shoden = focus on self-healing

Okuden = focus on increasing your awareness of how to let Reiki flow

Shinpiden = create a deeper awareness of vibrations and living the 5 principles that are Reiki

If you choose to start the journey you will increase your self-awareness and find a sense of peace and tranquility.  Things around you will be brighter and clearer. It is truly a journey of self-discovery.
