Essentail Oils
Smell can bring back memories, relax you, or even help you think. I use essential oils in some of my sessions provided the person receiving Reiki is comfortable with it. I will add educational material and videos periodically so stop by often.
Why
Essential oils can be used to enhance a meditation or Reiki session, help you focus, or give you energy.
